Pretension

Updated on March 21, 2017

Mercilessly rude, merciless world.

What a frantic intention!

Why you kill your ‘own’ ones?

Why such fake pretension?

How I wonder how you are?

This crumpled cynic earth!

You dig a pit for your ‘own brother’,

put him in a dearth?

you dig a pit for your brother
you dig a pit for your brother

Your gloomy, hungry whims,

like a dragon or a famished elf!

Your ‘close ones’ you defeat ;

in turn you kill your ‘self’.

You tear up your relatives

like angry blood hounds.

Still your ears don’t hear?

Those mournful , plangent sounds?

mournful, plangent sounds
mournful, plangent sounds

You intend to imbibe blood

from your ‘own little sister’.

You don’t even know the fact-

you bring in your ‘own disaster’.

Defeating your ‘own’ ones

Is like killing your ‘own soul’.

You yourself will fall

in the darkest, deepest hole.

you tent to imbibe blood from your own little sister
you tent to imbibe blood from your own little sister

You have insulted your ‘own’,

in every single chance.

Humiliating future is waiting for you!

Did you ever take a glance?

You kill your ‘own’, defeat your ‘own’,

you grave, selfish ‘FAKE’.

In your hungry tide, you fail to realize

Our life is at a stake.

      Heart felt poetry.

      The nature somehow purges,

      Destructive forces with creative urges.

It wants to have both in us,

      Why, none could say.
