Golden Sun Seeds dropped into the dark soil first and then to rise and shine out into the Sun.

Golden Sun seeds….

Bright banana yellow sunshine

forming a golden halo aglow,

Trapping the trust and reliability shown,

Let me cup and cap your known

Sunflower faces beams upright,

Once a little seed, now a tower of might,

Feeding birds, animals and the soil,

Perpetuating the life cycle fight.

Do not be blinded by the light of another,

Dazzle and reflect your talents and skills,

Radiate them out into the world,

Just like the sunflower and its golden mean spills.

The picture at first sight made me feel fresh and cheerful. The poem too is very refreshing.

      Brilliant work!

ThreeKeys---I enjoyed reading this poem, and the photo so greatly contributed to the text. Not many plants deserve their name like this one. The last verse advice gives the poem a strong punchline.
