HOW TO FIX A BAD DAY

We all have bad days. At one time or the other, you are going to blow your top. I wanted to create something that people could come to and have a good laugh. I will also give you some tips that you can use to cool down. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
Everyone gets mad for different reasons. You may be mad because of bills, your partner, your children, or an accident of some kind. The main thing is being angry is both physically and mentally unhealthy. The best thing you can do when you are angry is walk away. This defuses the bomb so to say. Get out of the environment. Get away from the person that is making you angry. It is a human fact that impulses in our brain only keep us angry for a few seconds. The rest of the time that we are angry is because we choose to be.
Everyone is different and reacts a different way. Some of us stay angry longer or we may hold a grudge against someone or what we are mad on. Once again, this is unhealthy. It can actually lead to problems. Let's look at what physical issues they can cause.
- PANIC ATTACK

- HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
- HIGH PULSE RATE
These are just a few of the physical effects anger can have on us. Walking away is just one way of treating the following symptoms. Another way to cool off is by taking a shower. Anger makes the body heat up. Take a cool shower and cool off literally. This will cool your body down and give your mind that time you that it desperately needs. You can also watch a funny movie or look at pictures just like this article. Anything that will get your mind off the reason you are angry. That is the most important reason.
There is always going to be something. Even if things are going right, it is just a matter of time until something happens. A good way to never get angry and act out is by preventing it. It takes working at to do so. Trust me. We all already know all of this. You just have to apply it to your life. When we are angry, we can say things we don't mean and we can do things we don't mean. A big reason for fights and arguments is gossip. This one said this and that one said that. That is childish. There are two sides to every story and there will always be two stories. That is just the way it is. Controlling the environment before you get angry can be done. Be patient, understanding, and forgiving. The Lord forgave us so we can do the same. Do on to others as you would want done to you. Nobody is perfect. Far from it. Be patient when you here their argument. Understand where they are coming from and let them understand you. Forgive because none of us need hatred in our heart. No one. I thank you for reading and I hope I got a smile from you.
The main importance is to understand it happens to us all. There is no need for immediate negative actions of any kind. We all have bills, debt, enemies, and stress. We all have people we love, like, put up with, dislike, and hate. It is not that we hate them, but at this time we do, such as a boss or raged driver. Personally, I have found it very beneficial to exclude myself from the situation at hand. If it happens at work, take a break. If it is at the house, take a walk or drive. If you can't leave, try to close your eyes and take deep breaths. Stress can kill you. It is damaging on your health. We get one chance at life and that is it. We don't have time to stress. Change your way of thinking and live like it is your last if you have too. Find what makes you happy and go for it. Lastly, never give up on your dreams. I know it is a little bit off topic, but it makes sense. Your dreams make you happy. So go for them.
