I have a challenge. How about everyone that likes to write haiku's, or wants to write their first one, join me and write your own about your childhood memories. If you choose to do so, please come back and leave a link to your haiku in the comment box. It can be one stanza or as many as you wish.

      I still plan on writing my own childhood haiku. I'm not new to haiku, of course, but when I do write it I will link mine in the comments. Mine will be about kindergarten.

      I meant to write mine soon after you did yours, but I was a bit preoccupied.
