He Said, He Had A Surprise...!

Updated on September 11, 2012

We did write a piece, "Have A Surprise For You." But many of our readers and hub friends wanted to hear from her--Thanks Tammy for the follow up idea!. His last words were, " would you take back this man again..?"

We were thinking for two days about an answer from her; and before her saying any word, she was listening to his loving words. She was touched but sad... She had to forced herself from the moment he came back home, but eventually gave in. Let's hear her side of the story. This story is fictitious, but taken from real life events...

Her answer... Video Credits to Atinen26

If men knew...

If men could just figure what is in our minds

things would be so different from the start

I hear your words and your approaching me

my whole body starts to tremble can't you see?

We women can get hurt so easily, I know

Is not the why, where, or simply how

Our emotions are totally independent for our brain

I hear your words and... trying to apologize again

Just enough time to say, "huh huh..!"

You are trying to change 10 years that were not too bad

I fell for the man that was pretty much Mr. Right

I said, "I do," from the bottom of my heart...!

How can I tell you dear 'man of mine'

the one dad and mom thought you were 'fun'

How can I respond to your sincere words

I feel so guilty, so ashamed... I don't know...

I see you crying and holding my hands

our kids are getting older and that kept us as one!

I have to give you an answer for the sake of our own lives

I cry next to you and I wish... how can I explain Oh my!!

I see the throbbing veins in your arms as you hold me tight

"I have to be honest with my own man," said my mind

He is waiting for an answer and I should comply...

I wish I could tell him what was about to happen last night...

"I do!"
"I do!" | Source

I cry out of impotence amd remorse

You came on time, that's for sure

You cleanse my tears and hold my chin up

the sign to reach heaven's gates ... oh God.

We've been on this journey for so long

I just want to tell you that you came on time

You could've lost that woman of your life

We dance to the tune and try to reach the skies

I know you gave me so much and I was almost blind

Life and boredom wanted to bring us apart

you are coming with your heart between your hands

felt those chills from the first time after prom night

Hate myself, feel guilty; you came back home on time...

I could've made a mistake and leave you behind

men don't understand sometimes how do we react

Your tears, and your words got me right back on track

I'm a woman and I should be strong

I kiss you all over and recognize my man

I forgive myself and forget those thoughts of 'one night stand'

My family is first and my kids wonderful kids love dad and mom...

"Yes I do!" That's what he wanted to hear

"Yes I do too" he answers back kissing behind my ear

We ourselves, have saved this family for sure

Love should be given without expecting anything in return...

Yes I do! Yes I do! dancing and kissing until we fall on the floor...

Mary Hyatt, hi there. Well, is hard to forgive, and is harder to forget. No one can live with grudges for a lifetime. Moving on is an answer for some parties. Love is really a complex feeling, and it really takes two to make it happen. Thanks for stopping by dear friend!

Nell Rose, Life and its turns.. If Bella Swan..she would've read us before Cheating. As we said, we never know how things are going to turn. Thanks for reading us my friend.

@Pickles, You've got it! This scene has been played so many times, and sometimes we can relate. Glad to see you stopping by!

Thanks Victoria, we loved your commewnt. This is real life down to the rhyming! Sya hi to Gizmo! You always so appreciative of our work!

@Tammy, thanks for hinting us. Without asking, we would've left this lady without her final say! Men should ve careful and take care of their women. Women cannot tell us everything, but they hint us!

@ Barbergirl28, hi Stacy. We just put together scenes that we were aware of. We study emotions from real people. You women know better, and can be surprising that sometimes we men do not notice what's going on in a relationship. We are more practical, and were raised to be providers. Thanks my friend! Glad you loved it!

@GypsyRoseLEE, You areso right Rasma! How can people destroy a family, because of lust? Couples should have a dialogue and fix little problems that could get worse. Thanks!

@Hi Lathing! Thanks so much for leaving a comment. Life can be so unpredictable, and we need to be in control. Much appreciated my friend. You have a nice one!

@Hi Faith, exactly! The main message from the story, "Love should be given without expecting anything in return" is key for a long life of togetherness. You have given us a beautiful answer!

@ Hi Debbie, all boils down to capture the emotions from life. Love is a wonderful theing to write about. We have learned to put together a cry from couples, that go through these feelings. Thanks!

@Laurinzo Scott, So many can relate, because this is life. Love can be tessted so many times. and evilness can destroy a beautiful feeling in a mood swing. Much appreciated my friend!

@Maria Jordan, we love your stopping by. We just wrote this piece after soem friends wanted to know, what was in this woman's mind... and images came to us, and we just started rhyming an scene from everydaylife. Thanks!

Good Evening everyone! Work kept us away from our computer for few hours.

@Hi Bill. We actually don't even know how things work in our head. Jusr emotion and past things we saw or experience come together and just keep the stanza within the rhyming boundaries. Glad you liked it Billy

@QudesiaP1, Yeah, the couple is facing real moments that will change them for good. They needed to be shaken doen to their deeper feelings. Real love will keep a marriage together, Thanks from Pakistan!

@RealHousewife, we did begin our poetry by testi9ng and trial...and eventually we caught up with real characters, that can actually talk to each one in this inspiration. Thanks for your support Kelly!

Ok I am in the majority here and totally envy your ability to write beautiful poetry. I tried way back in time, but never really felt successful at it. That said this one is truly beautiful and such powerful emotion you capture. Voted up and shared too.

    What a story!

Lovers should not make room for 3rd parties to enter.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

This woman (in your poem) was all the time still in love with her man. So, obviously, he was not that bad?

    Voted up and yaoba!
