He Walked In The Clouds (poem)

Updated on January 26, 2014

He walked in the clouds

This wonder of moments

The cheers of the crowds

Was his heart’s components

But there he sits alone in his thought

Around him the Joys and marvels he brought

As he broke through a world of false cannot

And secret desires were to others taught

There were the days spent in the new sun

When people refreshed the meaning of fun

Themes of a past had once more begun

And oceans lost in time again rewon

He walked in the clouds

This wonder of moments

The dreams of the crowds

Was his soul’s components

And there he sits in all which can be

Surrounded by young eyes who yearned to see

From their confinement striving to be free

And spread the wealth of new found destiny

So out they went helping arms of pride

To plant the smile they found to far and wide

So many were the chains and strains untied

These waves of wonder freedom as their guide

He walked in the clouds

This wonder of moments

The eyes of the crowds

Was his life’s components

For there he sits alone in his chair

A throne he fashioned from Joys in the air

He close his eyes as no one is there

The moments are off renewing somewhere
