Healing Comes From Mind

Updated on September 18, 2011

Healing doesn’t start with tomorrow
Or sooner in the future
But healing start now…
When your broken soul need someone to lean on

Healing doesn’t come from medicine
From meditation or herbal tea
But healing comes from your mind…
Your feeling and your heart

When your heart is full of suffering
Then your heart is also full of overcoming it
And that start from your mind…

Remember that nothing hurt more than yourself
And know one is the worst enemy but self
And self is the only medicine to start healing
Like finding peace within self

Healing first start from you
Not from other people…
We may inspire you to put smile on your face
But its not going to work 24 hours a day

Healing don’t need medicine
But compassion
And that healing start from you
