Heaven turned inside out......verse

Updated on September 14, 2014

Who falls from baby blue skies as heavens
fall open
and free
What angel floats on velvet
wings and lands quietly
on burdened shoulders

That brother who left so long before
or sister gone by yesterday
These guiding words of mother
or father to speak
so gently

That brave warrior with broken limbs
to guard and protect
the children
Who drifts gently to earth when the
heavens turn inside
and out

God holds out his hands with spreading
fingers to watch as angels
float free
Each with its own purpose
each on a mission
of love

Yet he only lowers a few at a time
as they are so valuable
a treasure
And never at the wishes of man
but upon divine design
in measure

You continue to allow my mind to see the world through your wonderfilled eyes ... I have a lot of catching up to do -- glad to see your still here.

I liked this, thanks. Good thoughts. Nice poem to think of another world of peace and harmony, they do give us protection here on earth. We can be so thankful for that in this crazy world.

Thought provoking and quite possibly just the way it is done.
