Her Cry!!!

Can't you just love?

This poem of mine is based on a topic a theme which is dreadful to the society, yet there seem to be no end to it. Being a collage student I hear these kind of cases by my friends during discussions, nearly everyday there is a column in the news paper dedicated to just the cases of "rape" in past 24 hours. I don't know about the world and about how other people think of this but every time I read an article on "human Trafficking" my heart beat just becomes numb, I feel like there is no humanity in this world left. Recently I read an article which told a story of a girl who was raped at a very young age, afraid of her parents that they might beat her she hid the fact, she was abused daily and under the pressure of fear she felt for being hated by everyone if they come to know about it, she silently kept on taking the abuse and was finally found and rescued by the team sent to rescue a camp of female trafficked for prostitution.

I have written this piece to let people know that, love them cause they seek love, their life lacks love, they are humans too if you cannot help them just love and don't let them feel disgusted on themselves. You might never know who is a victim and who the victor, just love everyone, as a great scripture says, "love thy neighbour as thou love yourself"

Dedicated to those girls who were ripped of their love and life.

Down on a road
Full of regrets
Walking is an angel
In this spiteful hell

Sobbing and crying
Trying hard to hide
Her feelings of pain
With all her tries

Pushed on this path
Is her bad fate
That kept her weak
When she was just eight

Playgrounds were just a trap
Set to lure this little brat
Subjected to someone else's need
She was the one on whom they feed

Screams were silent
So were cries
To her this world
Was completely blind

Cheerful youth
And muddy legs
Were turned to cries
And someone's bed

Street to her were haunted scene
Filled with the echo of her scream
Curses herself and she hopes to die
But the fear of this young one, made her cry

Under the debt of someone's deed
No one can hear her silent plead
But look in her eyes says it right
Just for once she wants to live this life

Just for once as others around
Equally with them, on the same ground
With no fears or self sacrifice
She want to look in loving eyes

Late in her teens as she go
Hoping to have someone to hold
Feel the love that she was told
When she was still just eight years old

Prays to God to let her cry
Not of physical pain
But for the one smile

Just once she wants those eyes
Look at her not as their prize
Those hand not to crush
But to hold her tight
And those shoulder
Where she can finally cry.
