Home Again Laugh Again

Updated on September 28, 2014

I Don't Know How It Happens

I leave for work and I look forward for a nice smooth time

No hassles

No problems

I am working with other experienced coworkers who know their job

We all get along

Good managers

I can't see how anything can go wrong

Then before you know it

Something happens

I can't explain it

Suddenly it is if a tornado hit

One thing after another seems to fall apart

I keep saying to myself

I am going to have a good night

I am going to have a great night

Coworkers are up in arms

Managers even are on edge

Customers are complaining

What is happening here ?

There is no reason why today out of all days has to be a total disaster

Each time I try to fix the problem

It is if it was a water break

I patch one hole and their goes another

All I can do is try to keep my head above water

Then when the night finally comes to an end

I try to write down what happened here

My mind goes blank

As it is doing everything it can to erase this day from my memory

I shake my head and smile

You wouldn't believe it if I told you

One day that went down the drain

Faster than you can say the word Spain

Gypsy Rose Lee We have to keep trying and then until the smiles come back. Little by little the smiles will last longer and soon the periods of unrest will be less and less. Thank you so much for reading and sharing through good times and bad.

Unfortunately so many days you wake up feeling on top of the world and then things happen and you wonder where the smiles went.

Jodah Not until now. It was crazy. The more I tried to correct the problem it got worse. Glad it is over. Always great to see you. Thank you so much for commenting and sharing.

I'm sure I already commented Dream On...but that must have been one hell of a day/night.

Some days are good, others are bad. Its all a part of life, the important thing is to have a smile and move on to the next day.

annart I keep thinking there was a way to avoid it. Two days later I am still at a loss. Maybe the idea will hit me when I least think of it. A good laugh makes my tense body loosen up and relax. No use now crying over spilled milk.Michael-Milec There is a bigger picture that I can not see.God is testing my patience , temper, spirit and positive attitude. I have the willingness to see it through. If nothing else it gives me a story to share with the world. Thank you both for reading and helping me find my way. Have a wonderful afternoon.

Be safe, be thoughtful, someone from behind watching you; " His eyes are beholding us" - everyone; better to be aware of. Great day!

Yes, some days just feel like that don't they? If you can laugh it off, it doesn't matter and we get all bothered about it, we're wasting our energy. Good philosophy.
