Honey I love you. I beg you love me too!

Updated on March 31, 2014

My wife gave me this boy. I love her to death.

What are you looking at boy?

Know me by this

I love my wife.

I love her with all my life

We fight and disagree

But she is the boss of me

She smiles and I get all giddy

She laughs and I get all silly

Stay with me here for she is a bitch

But she scratches my itch

She treats me log a bull dog with fleas

And she never do do what I please

But she is the mother of my boy

And there is just not a better joy

So when you fight and scream tonight

Change you mind and find delight

For the woman is a part of you

And if she is with you she loves you true

In my home we are not of your world.

We are born into more than the physical. We are born into the light.

If you do not know love, you do not know me.

Peace be upon you.

In this early morning dark, I wonder how this day to embark.

John it is just fun, and I think that it will keep us from senility, if that is even a possibility!

Yep, you do t if you know what's good for you. My wife kept trying to encourage me to start wrting poetry again after I had stopped for about 10 years. Now I'm addicted and wish I had never stopped.

I will only do it because my wife and children tell me it is the best part of me. And even that ain't so good ;-)

Hey nice Lady, my wife got mad at me and whipped out a book about 70 pages long and said she was going to throw it away. I asked her what in the heck she was talking about. And she not so gently threw the book my way. It was about 100 poems of love and adoration to her. I looked and saw the author's name. And by golly jingles it was written by me.

So she told me to start acting and writing like the man that courted her, 11 years ago from across the Pacific Ocean. I tell you she is the feistiest 4'10" 88 lb gal I ever did meet.

So I will practice more I hope to spread the love with it.

Hey Eric, glad to see you trying your hand at poetry. Not bad at all. I look forward to reading more, especially with a good message like this.

This is your first venture into poetry that I've read, and it's quite nice.

      You are a poet.

      And you know it.

Well, that's my appreciation in non-original verse.
