Honey I Fixed The Alarm (limerick)

Updated on August 9, 2012

Dedicated to Josh3418 and his limerick “Oh No, Not Again!”

My wife got this new alarm clock

Our mornings were greeted with shock

Sweet dreams were reduced

By noise it produced

Till I introduced it to rock

Splendid. Time stands still for nobody, except if you have a rock.

      Love it as well.

"Clocks slay time... time is dead as long as it is being clicked off by little wheels; only when the clock stops does time come to life." ~William Faulkner

In your case -when the clock stops does time come to sleep

7:15 - I would have thought you an early bird. Just saying!

Am sure that many if not most people feel like treating their alarm clocks to the same kind of treatment. Haha! Funny little limerick.
