Hot and Cold - poem

Updated on April 10, 2013
Source

Cool wind has warmed to a breeze
clanking chimes now gently ring
complimenting songs of birds
it won’t last but a moment though

Mother Nature is fickle this time of year
teasing with sun cooled by wind
laughing as she catches you in rain
or dusts buds with last minute snow

Father Time, he marches steadily on
days pass and calendar pages change
Lovely Lady follows, quieting gusty winds
to stagnant Summer air, laughing
