How Are You Feeling ?

Updated on February 12, 2016

Our Health Is So Important

Why does it always follow everything else we do

Many people think work comes first

They do jobs that work crazy hours

Affecting both sleep and our health

I have heard people say

It is a necessary evil

Do you want the job or not ?

It comes with the territory

Every job has sacrifices you have to make

After awhile you get use to it

Sleep is overrated

Other jobs have hazards built into the job

A risk they face every day

Construction workers have to careful of injuries and death

We can break it down in many sub categories

Bosses want their employees to work to serve the companies needs

Depending on the job

Working weekends and holidays

Overtime and on call

Many jobs involve heavy lifting and lots of bending

Other jobs might be a sit down job behind a desk

Straining your eyes looking at a computer screen all day long

Once you start a job you get use to the pay and enviroment

Then if you are not careful

It becomes a way of life

Bus, cab and truck drivers bounce all day

Nurses and doctors have to deal with sick people and diseases

What have you tried and experienced in your life ?

Have you put your health after wealth ?

Gypsy Rose Lee There are so many professions to pick from. I may not have chosen the best one but it is less risky and even my worst day is a far cry from other stressful, dreadful jobs. Thank you for reading and your support. Every day and night the Lord protects us all and how can I find anything to complain about. Have a great night.

I thank the Lord each and every day that we are all healthy and able to go about our business.

Michael-Milec I have no problem working. Many times it's feast or famine. I get to much or not enough. So I have to do a juggling act with the rest of my interests in my life. I love to do so many things and with only 24 hours in a day I have to cut back in all the 72 hours of things I want to do. I am always looking for a happy medium. Thanks so much for reading and enjoying.

Well summarized, Michael: Working, and take care of ourselves is prime priority. Who refuses to work, shall be brave enough to refuse to eat! There is work for everyone on this planet earth , to provide for healthy happy living. Health is the greatest wealth, is popular saying and we are masters of our perfect physical condition. It requires fairly serious self-disciplyne and rest is - plainly to say a " fun"...

Have a happy healthy enjoyable every day.
