How Do We Show Other People Life Is Amazing ?

Updated on February 7, 2014

That's Easy

We take lots of pictures and lay them out on the table for everyone to see

It won't take long before they look at these incredible pictures and are truly touched

The first picture is of a lonely white dog sitting all by himself waiting for someone like you

Then the one to the far right is of an old tree that has lost part of it's bark and can barely stand

In the center of the table is a shot of the moon not quite full, but brighter than any light

On the bottom I can see a baby crying so hard the tears are rolling down her eyes

In the far left is a flock of birds all sitting in a line on a telephone wire

Then there is the picture of a snow covered bridge in the middle of the winter

Each picture moves me in a different way

Telling a story we can remember in our past or one we can imagine in our future

I don't know how else to show you

Some pictures are in black and white

Other pictures are in bold colors that dazzle your eyes

Now I have a problem

You are there and I am here

How can you see the pictures I have displayed here

Arranged in no order

Scattered over my table from one direction than another

I could take a picture of my pictures and that would give you some idea

What if you couldn't see each picture so clear

Then I would of wasted my time and yours

I had only the best intentions in mind

Sometimes things don't always come out like we thought or had hoped

Then again what happens if it came out great

You got to see each picture in it's simplest beauty

Kind of naked by itself

Then when we take a closer look we can see all the pictures combined

Forming a wonderful work of art

Not just because the photographer took some really awesome pictures

Catching the light at all the right angles

You could watch all the pictures in a slide show

Wouldn't that be nice ?

Then again what if we did something that nobody else has ever done before

Use the pictures in our mind to tell a story

So we could all just close our eyes and see

Now that would be something else

A picture book like when we were kids

Filled with every memory and thought

Who knew ?

We were all so talented

I think that would be extraordinary and really breath taking

So here we have it

Pictures of my mind to yours

Enjoy !

Don't worry my table is small

Your table can be as big as you want

Something greater and the best of all

Gypsy Rose Lee The world of pictures is truly a world of it's own. I can't forget the world of words it keeps me so busy. I have to learn to mix both worlds together just right. Thank you for giving me one wonderful night.

So very true. Sometimes if ai look at a picture long enough I can imagine movement and what happened behind the scenes. The best pictures now are digital because looking at a picture on my comp I can see so much more than I could just holding it in my hand.

Different and interesting. I think with technology advancing the speed it is mind transference of images won't be far away, but from your descriptions of the photos I can close my eyes and imagine them to some extent. Well done.
