How To Be A True Ambassador Of Christ?

Updated on June 16, 2015

Being God's Ambassador (by: Albert Gran)

When one desired to be God's true ambassador in this present time, he has to find out the real essence to be called God's spokesman. We all knew that every person has given the will in this world and that God had made him a person with sound mind and perfect understanding. So it has to be willingly identified through God's what made the creator of heaven and earth designed for the believers in our times as strangers and aliens in this world.

Yes, this is the fact that the believers in the Christendom had differ in their understanding and faith in following the footsteps according to God's perfect plan after the counsel of His own will. Many people all over the world in respect to their faith had seem true in their quest for spiritual fulfillment in accordance to what they called the right essence of faith which provided them the sense of fulfillment. However, when one resort to philosophy, religion, genealogy and tradition we couldn't find the true essence and meaning of such sublime faith that God had designed in our life.

Let's all face the truth that we're not deficit of God's wisdom considering the fact that He unveiled to us the true basis we could truly solidify our faith which would create a manner of life which is patterned after God's perfect design. It's a straightforward perspective to direct ourselves into the sole source of our faith's foundation which is the word of truth.

2 Corinthians 5:20-21

20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

God is speaking to the human kind who had been offering the opportunity to be God's ambassadors. It's a fact that the true ambassadors were those who had been reconciled to God and had received the truth of God's salvation, had assurance of their eternal destiny which is for life everlasting. His work as an ambassador attests the received God's grace through the Lord Jesus Christ when he became poor to enable us to be rich in the heavenly position which we could offer to those who would wanted to be a heavenly citizen.

There's only one hint to be called a true ambassador of Christ and that is to respond by faith God's offering of reconciliation when He died on the cross of Calvary for our sins. It's no merit of our own righteousness to achieve true justification set to be the propitiation of God because the righteous standard of God required someone righteous to take our sins for payment.

This is the lay out of God the father's wonderful purpose throughout humanity. He provided us His wonderful grace in spite of our condition as by nature children of wrath due to iniquity ( Ephesians 2: 1-2). The truth signifies that His care for all people in this world without regard of our own dung self righteousness, religion, tradition, culture, etc. is clear in the message when he willed to die His only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for our sin. It's the precious ransom so we could have had access to God's heavenly glory out from this world of vanity.

This is the word of the ambassadors of God wherever they go and preach the good news. It's bringing the sound truth of victory and giving hope to those who really needed to become a heavenly citizen of God. While the grace of God that brings salvation are still in offering today, we should respond to it by faith. Until now, the offering of reconciliation was still offered to all people in our world. There's a true essence of the ambassador's message how one could obtain the righteous performance of someone from above who took the form of a servant and humbled himself to take the sacrifice for the humanity's penalty of sin.

Every time we hear a story of this great offer of reconciliation we must not let it pass but receive it with much gratitude and be responded by pure faith and trust.

Remember that life eternal really needs an understanding based on the provision God had set how we could obtain it. The issues of death, bodily corruption, and sin were those things God the creator had said before when Adam had been given the instruction to not disobey him. Thus, it made true and those realities were transmitted to all people in the humanity. However, till God's righteousness reign and he planned something how to solve those issues relevant for our eternal doom. He gave us the offering of salvation. He invites everyone to be reconciled to Him and be called His true ambassadors.

Are you one of the ambassadors for Christ?
