How To Land Sunny Side Up

Updated on June 17, 2013

It Can Be Done

With lifes endless problems and predicaments we get ourselves into

How can we manage to land back on our feet

With some practice you will be astonished with the results

It's a sure thing in life we will be dealt with a few bad cards

As much as we would like to hide them or put them back into the deck

We don't

We find a way to grin and bare it

Asking others for their advice or just remembering what friends do

Either way we have already set the ball in motion

Atempting to find the best possible outcome

Sometimes we have nothing to relate our experience to

It seems stil different than anyone we have talked to

We can't just drop everything and begin again

Like a bicycle that goes faster than anyone coud on foot

It is a rule that gets us thinking

Mind you it's a creative art

You are the creator and every setback and I mean every creation is yours to mold

So it's time you stop listening to an old man

Get out

Do it for yourself

Smile, smile that lasts all night long

Even while you sleep

Great message, DREAM ON. We have a hand in creating our own problems, and we must also have a hand in fixing them or at least controlling our own attitude while doing so.

What a wonderful way to begin my day! Unfortunately, I must be reminded to as you advise in your poem. I am not a negative person, but I suffer from pretty serious depression-thus, there are some really tough days. Thank You for starting this day off with hope and sunshine. Many Blessings to you.

      Best Always,

      Kim

The only way to do it is to look on the sunny side of life. If I didn't try to do that most of the time I'd probably be depressed. There is always something good in each and every day.

Your diligence in mastering words & their standard usages definitely shows! But as to FEELING it, you're the master all along! You could give lessons, except that those can't be taught or learned: They're just THERE! Hugs.
