How to Create a Best Selling Kindle EBook

Updated on May 10, 2015

Let's Get Started

EBooks are currently the hot market online when it comes to creating an income from something of your own. In fact, it’s right up there with affiliate marketing. Truth is told, while affiliate marketing is sort of complex and involving lots of detail to make it work, creating eBooks doesn't require as much.

It’s not to say that anyone could create a best seller, but the person who can do the following things listed could work wonders in such a short amount of time. It all starts with the things below, and if you have the time to put them to work, you can become one of the hottest authors on kindle.

  • Idea
  • Excitement in words, and motivation
  • Attention to detail
  • Researching of target audience

The idea, now that should be easy! Likely you’ve spent lots of time researching the niches, trying to find out what’s hot. While every guru would tell you that’s right to do, you’d be surprised at what I’m telling you. It’s the wrong thing to do. Why would anyone want to continue a niche, a topic, subject, that’s been repeated hundreds of times? The real money is in doing something different, something new. It’s not in rehashing the same information and adding a few bits and pieces of new to it.

Me, I try to always come unique with my books. For me, it always works. If everyone is writing about bears in the children’s niche, I’m writing about rabbits. Now, this second thing is excitement in words. I don’t care if it’s a horror story you’ve chosen to write, it has to grab attention from beginning to end. You have to be motivated as you are writing the story, and not just by the idea of the story itself.

Wrapping it Up!

Then, you’d have to pay attention to detail. Break up parts of the story, add in some flashbacks, or switch the subject from time to time. You want people to really think, or really love what they’re reading. Your content should inspire, make someone happy or sad, or all at the same time.

The last bit is researching your target audience. Find out what they like, give them what they want, but always with a twist. Creating a best selling eBook has always been about doing something different within the contents. If everyone wrote of the same exact thing, there’d be no money to be made in the market. Revisit my blog as I take you through the process of my next best seller step by step. If I can do it, so can you!
