I Do Try

Updated on May 18, 2010

I want to but it just wont do

I try to but my will not comply

The thought makes me sick.

Those feelings are powerful

But not the ones intended

Ultimatums vitamins and havens

Of my hovering heart are silent

And will not turn with the circle

That quickly predicts shamefully

It’s the pain and sorrow that

Courses through these veins

It’s the crooked crack in the

Bricked up heart that you enjoy
