I Imbibe Love’s Essence to Make Me Whole, to Ruby Jean Fuller, a 7th Hub Pages Anniversary Offering
Ruby and co
As the morning rose, sings Your aromas,
And twilight moonbeams, reveal twinkling stars.
The glow of Thy beauty, I do behold,
Your radiance and sweetness, calms my sad Soul.
Flooded I was, like a river of tears,
My painful torment survived many years.
But a soothing concern, came from Your Heart,
Filled me with happiness, ne’er to depart.
Oh for the tulips, petunias; lilies,
Wrens and humming-birds, chanting Your glories.
Buds emit wafts, while lavenders blossom;
Nature’s rhythms, awakens the ‘possum.
I imbibe Love’s essence, to make me whole,
You embody Delight, deep in my Soul.
