I am your prey

Updated on June 2, 2016

Inspired by Ghazal from Momin Khan Momin.

Do you remember, the desires,
now extinguished, were once unrestrained fires?

Do you recall, the ridicule, the tease,
that would surface, at ease ?

Do you still reflect upon the upsets,
that had no rationale, nor a logical finale ?

Those were times, of love,
those were times, of flow.

Those were times, of being sensitive.
Can you still be a little supportive ?

To whom were all your praise,
i am still the very prey.

Would you pray for me ?

Thanks nonne. You are perfect in analyzing, all that one needs is love and appreciation. But over time the same gets lost if not delibrated.
