Manatita is an esteemed author living in London, UK. He writes spiritual books, flash fiction and esoteric poetry, his favourite genre.

Quote from Manatita

"The chords of my Love are immeasurable and timeless.

Come! O Light! Let us engage in endless conversations;

Ah, night! You seem to hide, knowing that the dawn will soon arise." -Manatita

The Lark

I dreamed of this conversation,

While still dining in a vale of Lovers.

‘Twas there that the reed first whispered Your psalms;

The lark sang Your beauty in seasonal spring.

I was enraptured, and as the birds

Whistled melodies in this sacred garden,

I danced with the moonlights, calling out Thy name.

I am Your crescent rays,

Glimmering in the constellations,

The enthralling echo of the lute.

Let me kiss Thy tender flame,

Burning in a Heart alight with longing,

For Thy sweet embrace.

Hyacinths plus

Australian butterfly

Hyacinths in Thy orchard speak to me;

The rose-buds smile and I feel blessed.

I am in a garden of scented flowers,

Singing love-songs to Thy aroma;

Basking in the grandeur of Your Delight.

I sense Your pull of enchantment;

Become entangled, like the moth,

With the fragrance of Thy sweetness.

My affinity towards You is immense,

Life's former aversion totally gone.

My Sweet Butterfly,

You wrap me in a cocoon so beautiful,

That I enjoy a thousand raptures of Your Delight.

      So true, Audrey.

      They appear in so many teachings of the Saints. Christ speaks of the lamb but most esoteric souls use other animals, especially birds. Thank you so much!

      Thanks my brother.

      We speak of not being great but good. Goodness embodies greatness. How's things? well? On a retreat in New York. Just coming off my lunch break. Love to the family. Hari Om!!

      My mistake, Bill.

      A rapture is an ecstatic state. Very different from 'rupture.' But perhaps you're teasing me, right? Or correcting me in a sweet way. Perhaps I was 'enraptured' when I wrote it. Ha ha. Cool, eh?

      Thank you so much!

      Sweet, Julievojo. Welcome here and thank you so much!!

      Thank you so much!!!

      Hi Ruby,

      Yes, indeed! Right now I'm in the middle of a seven-hr meditation with about 500 souls. Just having a quick lunch break. So I know what you mean. Thank you so much!

      A rupturing if delight...what a wondrous image that provides. I'm going forth today, awaiting my rupture. :) Have a superb Monday, my friend.
