If I and My Cousins are Superheroes: Chapter 1, Page 19
I finish the article. The ad of Jennifer McMahon reappears after the article. The next image appears to be a book cover. It is dominated by the color red. It has an ancient look, touch, and feel to it. The title states The Fire in Fiction. It also has a tagline that says, “to make your novel great”. The author is Donald Maass.
The book is basically a guide to entice literary agents and readers to be hooked to your novel all throughout. I guess it is a good read. Unfortunately, I cannot afford it in the moment. There are just other things I have to attend to.
It is time to take a break. What to do? What to do? Uhm,
It is nice to hear some music.
YouTube is a favorite site of mine. There are many people in this globe that are just like me. No wonder, YouTube always make it to the top three in Alexa Rank.
The #1 on my soundtrack is… Still Dream by Renee Fleming.
Renee’s voice is wonderful. Her voice brings me to a large theater. With the large curtains, the thousands sits, the elegantly dressed people, the smooth shining black piano, and above all else, the beautiful soloist woman.
The song is played in the movie Rise of the Guardians. A favorite film of mine. It is like Avengers. But the children’s version of that. It is not about a bunch of Marvel heroes. Instead, it shows an ensemble of well-loved make believe characters by children. Santa Claus. The Easter Bunny. The Tooth Fairy. The Sandman. Jack Frost.
