If I Was Able To Tag Along And Pretend I Was You

Updated on January 10, 2011

That Would Be So Much Fun

I would leave immediately and travel to somewhere really special

The place you grew up and see the people that are your friends

I would get to enjoy your hobbies that you have had all your life

I get to have a big sister and a little brother

I get to go to your work and start a whole new career

You have changed jobs a few times but this one is your favorite so far

I have to remember you only use one brand of shampoo

You have certain programs on t.v. you never miss

The gym on Tuesdays,Thursdays and sometimes Saturdays

I see you only have a few books in your room they are your all time favorites

You have a new computer that you just bought and are having so much fun with it

Once a month you go over your parents house for dinner and just catch up on life and share a few laughs

Your mom is retired and your dad still works part time at the same used car dealership where he has worked for the past forty years

He could have also retired but to him a car is a gem

That he can't wait to see someone new drive off the lot

With the car of their dreams for a good price and something he calls a virtual treasure

You go camping every summer with your oldest friend who moved away when he was ten

You both promised each other never to let a year go by when the two of you wouldn't get together

You get your haircut at a beauty salon from an old girlfriend that you never lost a crush for

She dumped you for someone else now she has three kids and an adorable puppy

Your next door neighbor is an old principal that always thought you were trouble

He still shakes his head and says one of these days Mr.

I will catch you and then you will be sorry

I do what you always do Have a good day Mr.Jarvis

I get to see the world through your eyes

I get to wonder how each of us lives

But even though we are two different people

We really wants some of the same things

To live out our life with so much pleasure that know one can ever measure

A nice hub DREAM ON. I actually did go to see a childhood friend in October whom I hadn't seen in 35 years. All of these are wonderful dreams you have posted.
