In Honor II

Nothing can replace the honor I feel

When I think about standing next to my fellow family at arms

Your encouragement and support as we journey into other lands

Keeps me warm, steady, and ready to dig in

No one man can move a mountain

But with you by my side we can move entire countries

For those who have no voice and hold on to a thin thread of hope

Forward into equality, liberty, and peace

We were born to fight this fight

Knowing in our hearts what is just and what is right

We volunteer our lives for others to have a better life

Without censure, oppression, and degradation

Thank you my brothers and sisters for walking with me

All people should know what it is to truly be free
