empty gardens awaken alone
mourning impressions simply wander
remember fortune...ate youth intimacy
unanswerable strokes overtake
what old friends guard
interesting scenes always dot the eyes
all the anxious kings could prevent
before the brilliant engineers
overcame the already surprised nation
were the original lenses from the head mechanics
affirmative manuscripts reflect average thinking
great advertising began with a nod
holding such aversions set the pace
artists overcame initial love of fabric
holding office in the alleys
with sordid hopes & offers
abstract intent
a dreamer's supreme rainbow
and added astonishment
that heaven is not in the sky
but in the basements of the banks
suppose y..our love for money
was punishable by death

Yes, have we moved from nature and beauty to concrete and money? This made me think carefully. Your poetry always requires a few readings as it is complex, yet has a thread running through. Well-crafted.
