A Loving Dedication to My Friend Ashish

Inside the heart of darkness - night, my Beloved came,

Comforting the sick, the ignorant, the downtrodden…

Flooding the pangs of sorrow, with Her remedial balm.

Inside the heart of darkness - night,

Now entered a flickering candle,

Streaming across the abysmal abyss.

The Beloved sang sweetly,

Altering the shadows, into a golden lustre of Delight.

Inside the heart of darkness-night,

I saw my Heart bleeding as my Soul wept,

Isolated from the Gateway to the Unknowable.

Following the impulse of an indomitable hope,

I merged with a ray of brilliant lanterns,

Glimmering from the Essence of Her LOVE.

This raised many nearly forgotten feelings and memories. Thank you for that. I often wonder if light and dark are merely illusions created from the shackles of our five senses.

This, to me, is the perfect way to begin my morning. A touch of beauty sets the mood for the entire day.

So thank you my mood-setter, and blessings to you always.

Hi Eric, they are illusions, yes, but real enough. The exalted Soul says that all is God... all is within God and as such all have their role and purpose.

Warm or hot tea may be great for me, but the fact that the child is afraid of being scorched is more than worthy of note.

Thanks, Bro. Will leave today for London, UK. See you soon, God's willing.

Yes Bill. I like to make your Mondays great! (chuckle) See you soon. Much Love.

Thank you so much, Frank. Appreciated!

Rasma, I'm so glad you liked it. A little darker start, perhaps. My next may be worse, ha ha. Gratitude.

Brilliant! Another one for Ashish? Ha ha - he has won a jackpot! What a lovely dedication, really.

"I merged with a ray of brilliant lanterns,

That is what Manatita is – A Lantern Carrier; a paragon of Light. Glory be!

It never ceases to amaze me regarding the parallels of the past that intertwine with the present, and what will move on to the future.

Too true. They seem to merge, don't they? Thanks Deb.
