Into a Thousand Kisses of Your Delight.

Updated on February 22, 2017

I see Your charmed elegant features; deep captivating eyes.

I am enthralled by Your beauty.

Your charisma stirs my longing,

And so hope blooms, sitting on a sunbeam of desires.

My Beloved has sealed this honeyed tongue, but

Between my absence of speech and ‘thoughtless-state,’

A sweet Stillness emerges.

Deep into the effulgence of an unknown Flame,

Your golden smile commands me: "Burn! Burn!"

Day becomes night, as I remain,

Spellbound by this enchanting Fire,

Untangling the afflictions of my Heart.

How I wish to turn this Love-Emotion,

Into a thousand kisses, of Your Delight.

-Manatita, The Flame-Weaver. Copyrighted, 6th March, 2016.

Awakening The Inner Light

Love lies in the quintessential Beauty of God's Light in all. It shines as a flicker in the non-conscient life, and glows like a butterfly in the Heart. God has crowned it with golden diamonds, in the resplendent fire of the Soul. Of such is the Light that embellishes you, my Dearest Surabhi.
