Jesus Christ is my Savior,

He has shown me the way,

And through faith everyday

I've been given His favior,

He's allowed my belief and faith

To work endlessly,

He is the first to the eighth

Wonders, tremendously,

Oh what a great God is He,

I thank Him for His Commandments

As He gave every man a she,

He deserves accolades and compliments.

Jesus has allowed me

to live once again,

Before I was nothing

Now, I love without a sin.

As you listen to Eddie sing,

Jesus is described,

As the major human being

And to Him, I ascribe,

We walk heart and heart,

Day by day,

My Maker of Art

He is my way,

Intimately is the greatest way

To be like just Him,

To feel His greatness today,

In His love, a precious gem.

Open The Door of The Heart and Let Jesus In

I'm sure that many of you that have an intimate relationship with Jesus understands that He has more to enhance our lives with. The closer we are to Him the better our lives getThe relationship becomes intimate. Eddie Kendricks expresses it so beautifully that I second his emotion. As for those that don not have a relationship with Him, Jesus conditions our lives so that we can love and be loved to the fullest. We would be fully conditioned to easily recognize our soul mates and generate Christ like intimacies. Jesus has more purpose for our benefit as well as we have for His benefit. I must say, take advantage of it.

An Intimate Friend

Such a friend is one you can trust, talk to, show your goodness to and be free with. However, you must be of legitimate goodness for it to work. Do you need to see Him in order to believe in Him? That's what the intangible spirit is all about. There is no superhuman being but Jesus because He was chosen to be human in order to show how he can relate as a human. You should want Him as an intimate friend. He can relate to every emotion that we've gone through, going through and will go through in the future. The experience of life with Jesus shall make us wise among the wisest.

Our world would be a better place if we had this kind of relationship with our Savior. The first song was one I've never heard and it was beautiful, like your poem.

I miss being here on Hubpages! Anyway, nothing else could express one's intimate and neverending love with Jesus but through this lovely poem. I could feel your emotion while reading your poem. And the Eddie Kendricks songs are a good accompaniment -- I like "Intimate Friends" a lot.

God bless you word55.. may you be blessed more in the coming years. Sharing this. :)
