Just A Kiss.

Updated on March 18, 2010

Just A Kiss.

Just a kiss,
your long tresses
spread out

on the pillow,
as your petulant

lips beckon,
like ripe fruit

I long to suckle.

Peeking briefly as

your lovely eyes close
to the texture of

my pressed endearment,
all loneliness

vacuumed in bliss,
nothing more than this.

Shivery traces of

what could be,
rippling in

electric synapses
through our

swollen needs,
but just a long,

lovely kiss,
an appetizer for

tomorrows of feasting.

Time melts

between two orifices,
as four lips collide,
into a form of

ecstasy beyond words
any poet could

ever hope to capture,
stanzas are murmured

only in sighs,
bookmarked between

our embrace.

Lost in your eyes

as I pull away,
to find endless

undiscovered worlds
gazing up at me,

twinkling brightly,
as a hint of a smile

graces my dreams.

What right do I

have to such beauty,
formed in flesh and warmth,
with elation I bend again,
to drink from the fountain
of your passion
flowered in ruby silk,
just another kiss,

That sounds like one of those "I really must go," kisses. The best kind. All the attention is on that kiss, not on what's to come. Yummm.
