Kingdom Of Heaven

Updated on January 26, 2014

I've built my fences

And I let my weeds grow high

'Til I can't even see them

Oh Lord I've become so blind

I better start workin'

To try and cut a pathway, could you meet me halfway?

I'm hopin', we can tear these old things down

Say I

What does it matter in the Kingdom of Heaven?

Say I

What does it matter in the Kingdom of Heaven?

Say I

to drink of the wine and a bread that's unleavened

I'll die

To my own ambitions, to love unconditioned

I've said some things

That I wish I could take back

It's hard to forget them

Didn't mean to come across like that

I'll keep apologizing

Hope that you'll forgive me, Could you sit here with me?

I'm hopin we can tear these old things down.

Say I

What does it matter in the Kingdom of Heaven?

Say I

What does it matter in the Kingdom of Heaven?

Say I

to drink of the wine and a bread that's unleavened

I'll die

To my own ambitions, to love unconditioned
