Let Me Drown! : A Poem

Updated on July 7, 2017

Let me drown inside your love,

Since it is so long for me not meeting you, Ya Rabb.

Let me drown under your protection,

Since it is so hard shaitan whispered in my ear.

Let me drown inside my tears for you,

Because so empty my heart without you.

Please take away all pain in me,

and please clean those plaque from my heart.

Take my love for you only!

Please, let me love you only!

I want to drown under your love, ya Rabb.

Please, let me drown!

Great emotions as always, Freya. Cleaning the "plague from your heart" is very interesting! I've never before heard it in that context. Very cool :D

Muslim believe every time we doing sin, that sin will become plaque in our heart and cover it from ability to see every bless that God give us as gift. As the result we will only can see the worst in everything around us and forget to feel grateful, because we didn't see a thing that deserve to be grateful of. Forget that we are bless by air to breath, by our mind to think, or by our ability to work on something beautiful, thinking that just usual things and mean nothing. And if this is how we thought about our life, when probation come, we will be fall inside depression, think that we are far from God's love. That is why the plaque have to gone away.

Thank you, Dohn, for your kindness.

    Uriel, Ameen...

For all sins, pain, sadness and stupidity, for all love, happiness, knowledge and wisdom, the whole life purpose only for Him and His love, forgiveness and also for His mercy. This is our way of life, right?

I'm so happy to find you in my hub. Thank you, Sis. ^_^

LOL. I just wrote a poem called Please Don't Let Me Drown.

    How ironic.
