Lessons of Life

Shaloo Walia is an astrologer and tarot reader. She is an Art of Living teacher and also an ardent Krishna devotee and a follower of ISKCON.

I was sad, I was low

Without any idea where life would go.

I thought God was not being fair

There was no road to lead me anywhere!

My heart was broken beyond repair

And I was left only with my prayers!

I kept telling myself that this too shall pass

Keeping hope was my only solace.

Be calm and surrender to the Divine

Don’t keep your heart maligned.

Days passed and times changed

Like a rainbow after it rained.

Life was beautiful once again

For all the adventures, I was game!

The lessons I learnt are hard to miss

The hard times are also bliss!

Some people are lessons, some are blessings

God loves you, just stop complaining!

Life is nothing to be very serious about. Life is a ball in your hands to play with. Don’t hold on to the ball.

Captivating and so true! Since truly nothing is our hands it is best to take life as it comes per the will of God. Only then will we face it square and even.

There is usually a lesson in every experience. Your flow is smooth, and the message is so clear.

Beautiful advice by t.t.rangarajan. I have seen some of his videos being circulated on whatsapp but I didn't know who the speaker is until now. Thanks for sharing! Will mail you soon.

      Very straightforward advice here.

      Stop complaining, start living.

I recently heard a great speech of spiritual guru t.t.rangarajan. I could find only the message of the speech which is in his twitter. I can share the audio if u mail me.

Thank you Manatita! Guruji has so many pearls of wisdom to share on the 'Art of Living'. His book 'Celebrating Silence' covers so many topics on life and spirituality.

Nice life-lessons with great advice at the end. Some 'squeal' like tigers on Q's and A's. So sad. Another great one from Sri Sri here. Great!!
