Let me Stay Blind

Updated on March 26, 2010

 Let Me stay blind

Fill my veins with fantasies

Freeze my heart so it can't feel , can't beat, can't hurt

Put a beam before my eyes

So I can't see my love be given away

So I can't see my man betray me

So I can't see my mother used me

Place the blue tooth in my ears

So I only hear what I want

and not what I need

So I can choose what propoganda I receive

Place your tongue in my mouth

so I can't tell you what I truly think

So i can only say what you wish for me to speak

So I can only glorify you and not what is right

Put your music in my ears

Make it loud and strong

So that the melodies of my heart are the cold

repetititous words of a drug addicted womanizer

So I may convince myself that this way life is

 the way it should be

Let Me stay blind so that no change will come

Let Me stay blind so that no one will make a stand

Let Me stay blind so that the world of the new order may control

Let me stay blind
