Life almost – a poem
You are seeking the darkest of flickers
of a night
And a smile plays in the horizon
So dull and so prolonged
And a sojourn passes by
Shadow and dreams crest upon
Sun is a tired mess of memoir abandon
Fragments of noises litter the quieten
Yet a sojourn passes by
Candid flowing like a life almost!!!!!
And a dream starts
Without eyes shut tight
Images flutter with gossamer curtains
Here and there some place heartens
Again a death mistakes for life
And it starts breathing
Crimson were the air around
Dark were the mourns aloud
A mistake like a life almost !!!!!!
Wish for a night
Dreamless and eyes shut tight!!!!!
Wake me up ….to be again burnt
Death is dearer than a marooned dream.
Peek-a-boo of time
Day and night
And a mistake was life almost!!!!!!
