Life's Offerings

Updated on April 21, 2011

Help, Please!

Help! Help!

Get me out of here!

What is one to do

When life's unfair?

>

The clock is ticking

Time to work is now

Can't seem to shake

The drive to flee – most pressing.

>

Help! Help!

Get me out of here!

What is one to do

When life's unfair?

>

Voices come, they go

Smiles are rare and skewed

Where's the hand for one's hand?

Please let me know.

>

Help! Help!

Get me out of here!

What is one to do

When life's unfair?

One is happy, so it seems

Yet one screams, screams -

At every seam.

All is well?

Life is good?

Help me please

If you would.

Hey, now,,,please put your good 'answer' as an ending to this 'crying for help' realistic poem. You have a good answer...I'm sure.

Thanks for your vote of confidence. However, I think it is much better for each reader to create his/her ending to this realistic situation for many.
