Life's true potency and potential difference - Just 4 dramatic poems

Updated on March 26, 2015

Pondering on Madness of the cyclic moments in life

May it be Death, birth, mayhem, destruction or survival

living for mere reasons alone made me into a woman, Eve

changing these seasons to only break internal bones is my offspring

Steering rapidly twisting, torquing, turning the light bulb, Adam

Brains on full liftoff to see Zion and away from this Globe we endure everything

The Future

Sensing the evidence

Losing to the consequential

Disregard for those living

regard those who are long gone and Dead stiff

Suspended in times capsule only to see ahead, Amen Holy Shit's

Comrades

Friends we never were

foes is something more like it

Being close was our false vows marriage identification friend or foe

We lived like bicycle tires always springing flats

One of us drugged and lagged way far gone, acting like unbearable Fats

The new Generation - Z

So, We're Becoming family again it must have been my needs

I wanted everything from my offspring

Life climbing up its lifeless trees

branching out to become my offerings

I believed in Christmas once, now it shed itself away like leaves

I'm just another new leaf on the fertile grounds to again get deceived more lumps

Thanks @rcrumple, the dark side of things is a cool way to express such a poem, I guess it appears as such oh yes indeed, it wasn't my intention starting out though the images must have done it. Hehe!

Yay! Faith made it here to my crazy poem lol, yup I did my thing here I guess, letting go of things helped a great deal.

Sometimes I just get tired of the same old train of thoughts, and need a full release from such a mental prison of sorts known as true reality, don't we all! So taking words from it all and shattering them, happens from time to time to me, when I try to do so.

Thanks for your super comment, that was so nice of you to say Faith Reaper.

      Mike -

This is a side of you I haven't seen. Driving insight thrusting ahead into the realm of darkness.

      Fantastic ... I'm speechless!

You blew the doors off the barn with this one, Mike! Powerful images and words, speaking of life's travails, but ultimately about surviving. Well done my writing machine!

Thanks @Bravewarrior for your cool review of my poem here, I tried to bring out different emotions people tend to deal with as life seems to throw abrupt objects at them every once in a while.

Thnaks Josh for the cool look out here, yeah man poetry is my first love when it comes to writing, and prose it second, but I know the web loves prose much more and so I refrain from unleashing to much of it all. You know.

Dark, yet deep and true! I had to read each one more than once to climb into your psyche. They definitely make one think! It's also interesting to see my latest poem is attached to the "discover more hubs" area. Hmmmm. Interesting!
