Manatita is an esteemed author living in London, UK. He writes spiritual books, flash fiction and esoteric poetry, his favourite genre.

Love touched me. It was so powerful,

My breath became suspended,

My Heart shed psychic tears.

I had not previously experienced this sweetness,

And I was taken aback.

In my drunken haze,

I tried to comprehend this music,

Mesmerising the alcove of my Being.

Alas! It was to no avail,

For a compelling Delight silenced the intellect,

And calmed my Soul.

I saw myself, emanating rhythms from the majesty of the Sun.

A pulsating Light took hold of my darkness,

Smashing it into a trillion fragments;

I swooned in reverie, intoxicated by the Chalice, of His Majesty.

Awakening The Inner Light

Love ...

Is it useful to express it in words?

I'll Meet You There

Come! Beyond this veiled curtain,

Way beyond the land of shadows;

High above the realms of Light.

There is a magical Pearl that extinguishes sorrow.

Take shelter on the Wings of Love...

Soar upwards with the cry of dispassion.

Then with your 'Open Sesame,'

Enter into this Aladdin's Treasure.

I 'll meet you there.

      Love should always be expressed in words - and actions. Consider showing love as the paragraph or artist pens and the words "I love you" as the signature to a great work of art.

      Great! I'm happy you like it? I'm best when I'm expressing Love; longing for God; esoteric experiences. But Hubbers like diversity, so sometimes I do just that. Much Love, my Friend. Trust that all is well.

      I think it's fine to express any type of love. I mean, think about it, we all should look ourselves as "love" and let it flow, especially in a poetic form is beautiful. Poetry is what everyone feels is the most profound written and recited language, yet it's almost extinct like a rare animal. We should try to bring it back, like we try to preserve an animal that is almost extinct. We do that with nurturing, determination, and last but not at all least...LOVE.

      Thank you, my Dear Linda.

      I actually wrote the Flash Fiction with you in mind, but it begins in a solemn way, so I decided to do a poem for you instead. Thank you for frequently gracing my Hubs. It's all mutual really. One hand does not clap by itself. I am aware of and most certainly appreciate your value. Hari Om!
