Love in reckoning

Updated on July 12, 2011

Don’t tell me your name.
I don’t really care.
You make me angry
by just sitting there.

You can drive a truck
all the way through hell.
If your path is crooked
what the heck oh…….well.

Get out of my face
I don’t want to know
who you are inside
so it is time to go.

Why are you crying?
Why do you care?
You don’t know me.

No, I am not a nice person.
I am an angry person.
You don’t know who I am.

I won’t tell you my name
you don’t really care.
Why are you looking at me?
That is not really fair.

Here have a soda
because it is hot as hell.
You are straight to the point
but I don’t like to dwell.

Your hair shines in the sun.
If your face wasn’t a mess
you might be pretty
but I can only guess.

Yes I have hurt my whole life.
What makes you say that?

Look you are making me cry.
Why would you waste your time?
I am not worth it.

My name I will say
but don’t tell me you care
when you don’t
that would not be fair.

Take my hand
yours is dry as hell
but it has warmth of intent
which I can certainly tell.

I’m glad you didn’t go away.
I have been my whole life alone
and my temperament weary.
Maybe it is time for me to turn the stone.

Shhhhh, you are beautiful.
Put your head on my shoulder
and let’s go together.

Thank you………..

Tell me your name again
I really do care.
You make me happy
just by sitting there.

Come drive with me
as we escape from hell.
Our souls are together
and safe as well.

I love you.
I couldn’t hide my eyes.
You saw right inside me
which never tells lies.

Oh how I love you.
Thank you.
Hold me forever.

A tree is grand as it stands tall. The rings tell the rough years but the height tells its will to be in a grand existence.
