Love Letter (poem)

Updated on September 6, 2015

My love,

I hope this letter find its mark; To spark that Joy whose blossom is your smile, Until we meet and once again to lark; Upon the shores our new found pleasure isle.

I thank you for the meaning of the day: It’s you who brought this song into my life; It’s you who opened fields where lovers stray… The pause between each kiss my only strife.

I know this note cannot replace my arms. But as you read my heart beats just for you. Till time will open doorways to your charms, And every single dream we have come true.

Until again our precious moments when, I love you.

Signed sincerely,

Until Then

Nice twist of style, Martin. This love letter is a keeper!

I haven't heard this song in forever. Thanx for bringing back a hint of yesterday.

Until then ... a tender love letter of hope when time will allow the arms to hold.
