Make me A Paragon of Your Love. To Deb Hirt. By Manatita
To: - Deb Hirt (Avian Novice).
For your heart of sweetness, devotion to animals,
photography and like me, a positive dreamer in this stream of life.
Out of a quagmire of past suffering,
I am now freed from sorrow and taste joy.
I was once caught in an abyss of misery;
Lost in a tunnel of painful shadows.
But now our Love is all the more meaningful,
And my heart is deeply thrilled.
Sweet Blossom, sitting like this together,
It is as if the bitter past, were never there.
As we gaze into each other’s Soul,
Let us entwine the closeness of our bond, which,
Augmented by Your magnificence, constantly flourishes.
Your wondrous Love, like the melody of a harp,
Permeates my being, sweetly resonating
A river of celestial music, afloat in its delight.
Beloved, You’re limitless and boundless;
Your smile as gentle as the cool breath of spring.
A sparkled radiance rushes into my heart’s flower,
Blossoming petals one by one.
Go not away, Adorable One,
And if perchance You do, as sometimes happens,
Do not tarry too long.
You know that all mortals age with each passing day.
I’ve wanted to be a paragon of love,
Since the day that You flooded me with Peace.
Sweet Serenity, I feel Your quintessence,
Into the very air I breathe.
Your touch, Your gaze … o great Lover;
Every moment is pervaded by Your Essence.
Keep my thoughts at Your lotus feet.
Let me be free from all manner of temptations,
An archetype of supernal Bliss,
Making my pilgrimage to Your sacred Sanctum,
The sole purpose of my quest.
