Man's Religion

Updated on June 14, 2012
Division, Division, Divisions
Division, Division, Divisions

What was Once Known is now Forgotten

The laymen s linen
division, division, divisions
divine interventions
deviations

waxen woolly wool, portrayed as cheap cotton
the Hebrew the Jew is not forgotten
though His where abouts are unknown
yet still sits the Father on the throne

when in Time have you ever
lost your soul?
For you have none
your Purchaser; you have forgotten

rotten linens whitened
religion wash in blood
pure true blood unsoiled
unspoiled

Holy angels sing where fore our t thou King?
whence did you descend; whence shall you return?
what fore our t thou teaching us now?
division, division, divisions wow

time and time again
burning crystals men?
butterflies cocooned souls
Puritan's once again

Angels sons of God
challenge by the man of Prog
The little god
death untold

A golden star
The little Lamb
a puritan
The Saviour

Really now; whom
has caused this?
for to
to happen

Happenings
are but
wolves
in sheep's clothing

I am sorry I just ran across your comment again and I failed to reply for some reason its been some time so I am unclear of what the question was but I gather it was to do with Hubpages hesitance to really support the many poetry writers here. Indeed they are in the business of making Money and they do well with poetry believe it or not There are more of Us Then Them. But Poetry is slowly coming back into the Light. We will be hard pressed to find the true selfless Supporter to support us Poets for if we don't crave money we crave fame. or attention we are all guilty.

      Automatic writing, Hmm!

Ask 'steve of ian fame' another Hubber who holds these thoughts also.

Please, Sinbadsailorman, look at my reply to you on my question, HubPages let me down again and once again cut my reply to you in half.

Here it is if they have AGAIN shot me in the back... woops, FOOT.

Sinbadsailorman, thank you for your wonderfully insane and descriptive comment.

You are so right. In my foolish way, I thought that HubPages was a literary site created for writers, poets and those of an artistic bent, but maybe I was wrong. The worshippers in this little temple look up to Mammon and the Almighty Dollar (and, incidentally, the Almighty Pound - and any other world currency to which they bend their knees).

And all I came here for was to write and read, and perhaps encourage my Muse, Erato to lean over my shoulder and give me a nudge now and then.

Thanks for your comment, I enjoyed reading it, and it put me back on the “straight path”.

Thank you Ann1Az2 and allan harold rex As I have said before they come and I write them. I myself have to read them several times before I get an inkling to what they might mean. Sometimes I don't and they wont let me be so. I write them or release them for to whom ever they are suppose to reach. Thanks for the read and comments. Donnie/ Sinbad the Sailor Man

I like this, Sinbad. I had to read a few times, but I think I get the gist of it. Most of man's religion is a wolf in sheep's clothing, which of course is what the Bible warns us about. Voted up and interesting.
