Marilyn Monroe I Care

Updated on February 3, 2011

Marilyn Monroe , I care

Beautiful girl do not cry , the world will see you fall

They watch you live, laugh, smile... they watch it all

Hollywood princess don't let them down

You live to entertain, you are their clown

You are just a mere sex symbol for men all over town

They do not care when your hurt , nor when your down

I know who you are , or who you were

A beautiful angel hidden in blur

Trapped in a world where no one knew

If i was there... I wish I saved you

Your smile hid pain the worst there could be

Yet you hid it all, so they could not see

Hollywood princess let down your hair

I know you for what you were... I care.

very sweet, moving poem about such a tragedy! Nice job with this one.
