Moodiness is like mixed paint

When you mix a bunch of colors and it becomes this ugly color

My bright colors are all mixed up

And my mind doesn’t feel pretty

Moodiness is like a bad phone call

Changing the setting of your reality

Thinking in a different frame

An ugly frame

Moodiness is like a train stopping traffic

Waiting a watching in a daydream state

It draws you and gathers other negative moods

It’s a bad state

Moodiness is like writing this poem

It doesn’t make much sense

But it feels right at the time

Made me laugh as I read it, Because I can relate to it.

Moodiness and all that comes with it really causes emotional messes every where it's spilled, touching everyone that is within it's range. The way we choose to act is very contagious, I pray God keeps my emotions so I can remain in His peace at all times and be a light that shines into the darkness in Jesus name!

God is the only one that can help me control myself!

      Thanks for sharing!:)

Sky: Very nicely written Thank you. For me moodiness is like having my head in a cloud and not being able to see, but then every so often there is a flash of lightning which scares the heck out of me and I jump and scream.

      Brother Dave.
