Mothers Again

Updated on May 26, 2015

Molly and Robin are mothers....again,

Together in trials, through thick and through thin;

Their friendship cemented by childhood's disasters,

Song sheets and hymnals and visiting pastors.

We love you and treasure the gifts that you bring,

To artfully play, and beautifully sing;

Kindness and humor are always at hand,

A love for the Lord, you truly command.

Thanksgiving to Him, and to you, our dear friends,

For a love that grows on and never ends.

      Hi Peachpurple, good to see you. Motherhood is a vast ocean, sometimes stormy, sometimes calm, but always deep. I'm so glad I'm not alone! Thanks, about the poem.
