Munching on!

Updated on September 12, 2014
  • As a last-ditch effort

held he

the hands of

his strong duplicate

That let go

of his weak remain!

  • Sleep I

like a giraffe

on my youthful days

To drowse

like a koala

in my withering hang-ons!

  • Rowing back

my rickety past

Propelled I

my present predicament

To move shore-ward

Towards

a mystery future!

What a mingling of strength and weakness, youth and senility and past, present and future ! I love this scintillating poem ! Voted up.
