My Best Time for Writing

Updated on April 3, 2018

Devika enjoys sharing her work with a friendly community. Writing is a big part of her life. Online work has improved her lifestyle.

Which is the best part of the day for article writing?

Good writers don't need to be told how to write.

The gift of writing comes from within and that is something that is rare.

Encourage yourself, and do what you feel is good for you.Writing requires patience and you need to find that our for yourself.

I write to share new ideas and thoughts to my readers and to allow readers to ingest new information

I improve daily on my writing, and to increase my readership with different topics.

Some writers fear they would write badly but that won't happen.

if you have a proper plan and a peaceful environment to take further action.

When I write, words flow easily and my goals are met easily.

Waiting on a good moment won't get your goal achieved, just do it on the spur of the moment.

Negative thoughts are normal.

If you hangout with such kind of people you tend to write poorly especially, when these negative people don't support you in writing daily.

You can be a good writer if you have good supporters.

Plan a good time for you to read and write, and research, a time for you to learn and improve your writing.

Writing is about doing it right away, and not about daydreaming your thoughts and neglecting to write about it.

The longer you take to write, the longer you take to accomplish your goal. You shouldn't hesitate when it comes to writing.

The best idea is to plan your time and go for it to keep writing part of your daily lifestyle.

Unplug from the Internet while working on the computer, so you don't have to constantly be checking your Facebook messages.

Treat your writing like you would a day job. The difference is you are at work, and in your time and place.

Use discipline in what your work on line.

  • When is your best time of the day to start writing?

I write in the morning, my preferable time, and is my best time. Writing allows me to share my feelings and ideas to other writers.

A routine I try to keep up to on daily basis.

  • Why is the morning the best to write for me?

It is most relaxing quiet and fresh.

You are free to think when other members of the family are away at school, or work. The quietness of the early morning moments can put one in the mood to write.

Most people don't find the mornings to be the best of times.

Sometimes it is a rush for everyone and time runs away. If you make this to be your daily habit, definitely writing in the morning would work perfectly.

Writing can be improved for many writers when mornings are chosen. There is less confusion and more thinking. Writers have their own choices.

  • A great start to the day!

Anytime is suitable!

Most professional writers find the morning the best time to write, their minds are rested, and there are no disturbances.

Soon after getting up works best for me, later in the day one can be grumpy to write about anything. If you write in the morning the rest of the day can be free for whatever you want to do.

Make it a priority to write in the morning!

Great advice for anyone who wants to be a blogger full time.

If you put your mind to this process it can be most enjoyable.

A time for you to catch up with the daily activities on the popular social networks, and focus on what to write about.

You can share links of your content to social sites in the morning and even later in the day, works well on Twitter.

Think about it carefully, your mind is open to all thoughts at this part of the day, and what a way to let it out your words by expressing in writing.

Your mind can be cleared of the thoughts and posted on other sites.

Fresh ideas are always on my mind in the morning, may be for some writers in the evening is better, it may not work for every writer.

Have a clear day!

If you don't write in the morning writing can be put you off for the rest of the day, and by the end of the day you would have nothing to think about to write.

Sometimes writers can be lazy to get up early and write so they choose to do it later in the day and don't feel as good when writing. A kind of discipline that one should accomplish early in the day, for something worthwhile.

Certain writers have a day job and can only write later in the day.

Set the habit and stick to it!

Some people are more like night owls than early birds.

A goal to set for each day, and to know how writing feels in the morning is a great way to move on each day.

Go to bed early and get up early, it keeps one healthy, wealthy and wiser.

Believe in what you do to see good results.

Before you start your daily chores writing something useful can make you feel great about your work and about the bright start of the day.

What you start you must finish.

When you have something on your mind you got to let it out.

A kind of feeling that you can't get rid and this can go on until you write about it.

Did you ever have that thought on your mind and wanted to get rid, of it?

Once you start to write about that specific topic your brain drifts away from it.

Know what is most important to you.

You have focus, research is easier, life, and work is not in the way of your writing.

In the evenings other events pop up and your writing gets pushed over to another time, postponed is more like it.

The title you have in mind can be researched easily in the morning while others are asleep.

No distractions whatsoever.

Writing can be hindered if you research the topic of your article the night before, it doesn't allow smooth flow of writing.

The trick is not to let anyone else in the house know you are up early, it can only be your time if you are alone.

No telephone calls, or television you can have a cup of coffee or a glass of water and write what is on your mind.

Avoid doing the unnecessary when writing in the open, there is no need to check your email right way

  • Do you think the morning is the best time to write?

  • Do you think better in the mornings or later in the day?

  • How does writing affect your moods in the morning?

  • Is your focus on writing more successful as a writer?

Writing affects ones mind tremendously and seriously so if you want to be a writer try writing in the best of times that works for you. For some writers it isn't always a good time so making the time does help you think clearly and keeps you focused.

All writers are not successful on line. I write and enjoy the feeling of sharing my work to my readers.

So much has changed in the writing world. You can make writing online successful for yourself if you spent more time on researching keywords and niches.

Good luck and keep sharing what you know best!

Enjoy what you do with a pen and paper

On weekdays I work at my job, so there's no time to write in the morning. When I don't have to go to work, though, I love to write in the morning! It's the best time for me. Thanks for sharing some good ideas in this hub, DDE.

DDE this is such excellent advice. I have a very hectic morning because I have two children that I have to see off to school before I start my day. But, I would love to be able to get up early and just complete one writing in the morning before doing anything else. That would feel so refreshing. Time just doesn't allow it for me. But I try to come on mid-morning. On days that I start HP in the afternoon, I rarely get a Hub written.

And what you say about negative influences is also so true. When people around me in my personal life are discouraging or negative, I find that I want to write more about negative stuff. I try to stay above it by focusing on positive thoughts. But sometimes it is difficult.

      Very thought-provoking article.

I have a friend who keeps a notebook by her bed in case an idea comes to her in the middle of the night when she gets up to go to the bathroom. She says that's the time she's most inspired!

Hi DDE, I agree that writing in the morning is best. I tend to make a lot of errors in the evening, as I am sometimes a bit tired. There's a book out there entitled, The Artists Way, which also recommends writing first thing in the morning. The author calls them her "morning pages." Her recommendation is to write three pages of anything, even if it starts out with your grocery list. At least halfway through the writing experience, you'll begin to write something of substance. A neighbor of mine did this, and she ended up writing a book!

You have shared some very useful writing advice! Thank you.

Good morning Devika from Colin, Tiffy and Gabriel at lake erie time ontario canada 11:15am with 2nd cup of coffee and Glenn Gould on piano playing Bach.

I seem to be able to write 24 hours a day , lol, of course the big factor for me is I live alone without a family so the only distractions are my two cats, lol.

But that said I can write in solitude and peace on my walks around the bay of the lake or in the noise and congestion of night shift work - so I guess I am lucky that way to have a 'light switch' that I can turn on and off at will.

Thank you once again for inspiring me with your world class journalistic writing skills as I always 'bookmark' your hubs that offer enlightened information and helpful tips.

I will also link and share your hub seminar here to my Facebook page for all to see and read and send to you my friend our sincere best wishes from the three of us Colin, Tiffy and Gabriel a couple days after our national holiday of Canada Day which was on this past Monday.

I hope all is well with you these days.

I write late in the evenings and mostly on the weekends as I work in the city during the week days with an hour commute each way, so I get home late and have to leave my home so early in the mornings. I get up at 5:00 a.m. but must leave for work. I am off from work yesterday and today, so have been trying to work on a hub.

      God bless, Faith Reapr
