An author and a writer with a different approach to life. Covid 19 can surely check our patience but we will never give up.

Gone are those days when a housewife was restricted to a kitchen and taking care of the members of the house only. Today’s housewives are much smarter, independent and a better leader who not only lead but also thrives hard for a smart home. Most of the women after getting married tend to leave their jobs, may be due to family intimidation or to maintain a work-life balance. Whatever the reason it might be, one should never leave their passion and regret it later.

Although I was one of them who left her job to be a homemaker and take care of kids. But as time passed I miss my passion and wanted to do something from the comfort of my home. I have a keen interest in writing and desperately needed a mentor to enhance my skills. I want to fulfill my dreams but then I have to look after the house also, so I cannogt give ample time to any full-time profession. So, in this case, I decided to join digital marketing and to start something from home which can be the only ideal option for me. And one day as I was scrolling down my Face book account I found an advertisement about a digital writopreneurs hub community which believed in the motto of “learn and earn” which sound terrific to me. At first, I thought it might be fake but my sixth sense instructed my inner conscience to enroll into this course. And I finally entered into a digital world of learning and writing. So, here I am going to provide some ways how I underwent a digital transformation and how it created a huge difference in my life.

Joining Digital Writopreneurs Hub and Finding a Mentor

After joining this community of wonderful writers, I realised that I don’t even know the initials of digitalization. I was worried as how I will succeed. At once I thought this is not meant for me. And then came our mentor Mr Rajinder sir who always believed in me more than myself. He was always there for me to help. In his words “the first thing we should do is to withdraw from all types of peers, parents, professors, girlfriend/boyfriend and wife/husband. Now once the pressure is withdrawn, think that was something you always wanted to do. You are unique.” These beautiful lines always gave me motivation whenever I was feeling down in my strength and work.

Joining Power-packed Sessions to Join Hub Pages

Digital marketing is one such platform where you can easily learn and earn from home, managing your household chores. I begin to attend power-packed sessions by our mentor which definitely added 100% value to my learning. As there is no shortcut to success and hard work is the only way out, I was amazed to see how our mentor Mr. Rajinder sir was working constantly hard to bring the best out of their members. I didn’t even realize what I am achieving. The only thing I was doing was to constantly writing articles on hub pages as directed by our mentor.

Passing the Boot Camp

This was the first obstacle which I have to pass to become a quality writer digitally. In this, we have to write, publish and make sure that our articles get featured on Hub Pages. Hub pages is a website that allows you to publish an article on their site. It can be on any topic. At first, I was not able to pass the quality assessment process for my many articles. But finally, I managed to pass the boot camp under the guidance of my mentor. He used to take live editing classes of our articles to get them featured. It not only helped me to pass the boot camp but I also came to know about my mistakes so as to rectify them in future.

Winning the 30 Day Setup Challenge

This was a very interesting competition for community members where they have to publish their 30 featured articles in 60 days time. After which they become eligible for a writing contest where prizes worth 225 dollars are paid by our mentor Mr. Rajinder soni sir. Since I was new to this community I never ever thought of winning this prize even in my dreams. As there were many other talented and experienced writers other than me who were eligible for this contest. But as our mentor always says “you are precious and you all have a different perspective and different ways of doing things.” He again motivated me to finish 30 featured articles in 60 days. After that, I realized that all I need is dedication and hard work to complete this challenge. I started working on it consistently. And finally, I managed to complete my 30 articles in the given time period. I was so happy after winning the prize money. It was not all about the money but the name and fame that I was getting through social media promotions done by our sir, which ultimately helped me in generating traffic for my articles.

Passion is the fuel that drives us to get out of bed in the morning; it moves us toward our goals.

Few Words From Me

Joining Build confidence on Camera Group

A successful digital transformation begins from the top with leaders who drive their members towards a vision. Every leader must play an important role in endorsing a digital change and unifying the digital transformation to pursue a long term goal. With this idea in mind, our mentor always struggles hard to make its members much confident and successful. He started a camera confidence group on Whatsapp to make us confident on facing camera, so that we can make videos related to our articles which will ultimately bring long term traffic to our articles. It really changed my life, as I became much optimistic and confident while facing the camera as I made it my friend as advised by our mentor.

Factors Responsible for my Breakthrough success in 2020

  1. Active personal networks
  2. Good knowhow about technology
  3. Having courage to make unpopular decisions
  4. Strong communication skills

Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you’re kind, amazing things will happen.” – Conan O’Brien

Conclusion

The conclusion I can make is that now I am well prepared for my digital future. I now have personal and professional skills that are needed to succeed in a digital era and a strong focused networking and communication. I am now much comfortable with new technologies, trust data and their analyses. Still we all must forget the most crucial part is to find, explore and develop competence and talents irrespective of gender or origin. One cannot sugarcoat this fact this prove a silver lining for me in the age of Covid 19, and forced change can be positive.
