My Soul - Sold Me

Updated on May 30, 2012

Hanging sheets over the windows.

Bars of light are suspiciously reaching for my night.

Wait a sec…

My desire!

I thought… It was… right over…

there…

Or was it there…

No, it’s definitely not…there.

It appears… to be… gone…

It couldn’t have…

But, I… just had it.

I believe… it may have been… just yesterday.

Or was it… the day before…

Well... um…

It could have been... the day before that?

Screw it!

Huh…

I definitely did not see this coming.

Oh well.

I do still have my comforting night.

I probably…

No, I definitely… should get more sheets.

Welcome to HubPages. Please don't stay shut up in that room with sheets on the windows. Come outside and breathe the fresh air. Bring your pen and paper, now write about what you see and feel in the sunlight. Voted up and interesting...
