OFFICIAL BULLCHIT

By: Wayne Brown

You won your elect office; some voters danced your tricks

Black Panthers outside the polls equipped with nightsticks

Your Justice dropped the case, said the charges did not fit

But you know well it is so, and to that we say, bull chit!

Elected to office and we asked that your citizenship you show

Your birth certificate never surfaced; we waited patiently though

You took the oath of office and told us don’t you fret one bit

Now we’re the fools, to your citizenship we must say, bull chit!

Reverend Jeremiah from the pulpit his hatred he did spew

For over 20 years, you listened to it from your church pew

But when it was discovered all the racial poison that he writ

You said he is not my preacher, but to that we say, bull chit!

You came to town to spend our money, piled debt into trillions

Claiming to help the economy, claiming to serve the millions

We don’t see any good things from your liberal economic kit

Now you want to spend even more and to that we say, bull chit!

Healthcare reform is must you preached, it will yield a better day

You pushed a bill that will wreck our health no doubt most folks say

But you don’t give one tinker’s damn, not one tiney tiny itty bitty bit

It’s all about you winning votes, and us real Americans cry, bull chit!

Those environmental fanatics in our land were such an easy prey

All it took was one deep-water oil spill to help you win your day

Your let that oil spoil ruin much while on your royal ass you sit

And now you say that you’ve done all you could, we say, bull chit!

The illegal ones flow like oil running across the Arizona sand

When laws we made to stem the tide, you quickly say ‘no man!’

Now you want us to give bipartisan reform, that’s your political skit

But in the words of the those who illegally come, we say, bull chit!

You and your obnoxious liberal tribe just want to be our master

You employ the now famous words ‘never waste a good disaster’

But we quickly tire of socialist and the poisons that they spit

As you wanted, you’re now transparent, and we all say, bull chit!

You just want to play your golf, a round takes a half –day

And if you spot a basketball, for hours you will play

Then you play political football for voters you will get

But your game is transparency and nothin’ but bull chit

This is the predicted outcome when a socialist takes charge

Lie to everyone, promise them the moon, change is living large

But now we are on to your plan and we see no damn benefit

So if you’re wondering how we feel, just write it down…bull chit!

Only a fool would run again with your Socialist agenda showin’

You want to take us to the other side, but buddy we ain’t goin’

So just run your ass in the 2012, the White House you won’t get

Cause anything that you promise us, well, we just say, bull chit!

I fear for you now Wayne. Speaking truth is not always conducive to good healthy living.

      Wayne,

I agree wholeheartedly. You need a verse about the illegal lack of prosecution of The New Black Panther Party.

The only real Americans are those who think like me!

I'll call you commie garbage if you dare to disagree.

It's not that I'm intolerant, but since I'm always right

you might as well own up to being a nasty liberal sh1te!

(Or is that not the sum of your philosophy?)

If things keep sliding like they are now, I'm wondering if the Dems will even allow Obama to run for re-election (which they will feel they must, if only not to appear racist). And good answer poem, Paraglider, although I'm sure we disagree vehemently politically.

Hey Wayne you be the man:0) Sure a lot of bullchit flying around in here, gotta watch where I'm walking for sure. The latest news sure is HEATING up on the East Coast and now oil slicks have reached New Orleans. Temps raging as high as 100 degrees in New York. I wonder if the president is starting to feel the HEAT. He sure is feeling from the media and citizens like yourself. Keep the HEAT up WB the people need to hear it. Peace

@SR1...Ken, we've got tar balls washing up on the sand in Galveston now. Pretty soon, we won't have to worry about drilling, we can just pump what we need off the surface of the Gulf. I sure hope we don't have any real emergencies on this guy's watch. WB

Well, at least he's not wiretapping our phones and starting unnecessary wars. And by the way, his birth certificate has been released to the public and he is, without a doubt, an American citizen.

As far as the oil leak goes, I'm just not sure what people want from this guy. I think all that can possibly be done at this time is being done. It is not his fault that there are no viable solutions to an oil leak that is thousands of feet below the ocean. Part of the problem has been previous administrations allowing oil companies to regulate themselves. Not a smart move.

@David Bowman...David I don't disagree in terms of the difficulty in shutting down the leak. I can accept that aspect of the situation as I think most people can. I think, on the clean up side, things were left to long at BP's door while at the same time the EPA held firm in their jusrisdiction on the environment without the President interceding. The Jones Act could have been relaxed early on and the EPA could have backed on rules on the number of ships in the region so that our cleanup response could have attacked this spill far from the beaches. There seem to be such a desire to fix the blame on BP that we overlooked the opportunities available to counter the impact. The citizens deserved to hear early on that we would do "all in our power" to minimize this damage and BP would be held responsible instead what we saw was a cat and mouse game of blame.

@cjv123...All I could think about before writing this was all those illegals hiding out in Arizona and their feelings about this new law...."bullchit!" This guy creates more stuff that can be rhymed in one day than some create in a career! WB

@Pamela99...Thank you Pamela. This one allowed me to rant and vent a bit...to say the things that we all want to scream sometimes. How many times do the outlaws rob the stage before we recognize them as thieves. In this case, too many are afraid to point out that the "king has no clothes." We must change all this so we can look back upon and actually laugh. WB

yes lady jane - bull chit is a word that only a genius could come up with like Mr. W.B. -by the way this fashion groupie is wondering where the heck is that Ian Tyson look - now you look like a shady bookkeeper for the 'Sopranos' ..... lol lol

...but back to the art of your writing - this is an excellent piece of social/politcal satire and it's so deftly worded by your acute and witty and most singular point of view that I sit amazed, astonished and in complete awe!

@ladyjane1...Yes,this a typical word you would hear from one of the illegals from Mexico when you tell him that you are going to take his "Chavy" away...he says,"Bullchit!". WB

@EPGMan...Get those fashion police off of me...check the pic now! Thanks much for all those kind words about my writing skills on this one. Clint Eastwood says "a man's got to know his limitation". Unlike Obama, I know mine! But he just provides so much inspirations and naseau all at the same time!
